Requirements
The price covers one person who is both the only shareholder and the only board member; each additional person and each company shareholder is added in the order form. On the power of attorney route the power of attorney is signed in your home country, notarised there and, as a rule, apostilled — not needed in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland or Ukraine; the home-country notary and apostille are paid by you locally. Changing the address or contact person in the register does not include the service itself. We do not provide services to citizens of Russia or to companies from Russia.
