- A price marked "from" is a starting price: we quote it individually by email before any work starts, and it is not charged through the online payment.
- Fixed-price services are ordered in the order form, which calculates the total. Licensed companies and mergers & acquisitions are requested through their quote forms.
- A package includes exactly what its service page lists. State fees and other official costs are charged separately where noted below.
Ready-made Estonian company
An existing Estonian OÜ with registered address and contact person for 12 months. Four packages: each title states the purchase method and whether a VAT number is included.

Mergers, divisions, acquisitions and sales
Advice on mergers, divisions, and the purchase and sale of companies, including large companies.

Accounting, reporting and closure
Annual reports, deletion of dormant companies, liquidation and accounting restoration.
For accounting restoration the final price depends on the volume and the condition of the records.
