2. Services and prices

The services and their prices are those shown on this website at the time of ordering. Prices are in euros. A package includes exactly what is listed in its description; anything not listed is not included. State fees for licensed and regulated companies are charged separately.

A price marked "from" is a starting price. The final price is confirmed by email before any work starts, and such services are not charged through the online payment.

3. Private individuals only

The ready-made company and company formation packages are available only where every shareholder, buyer and founder is a private individual (natural person). Orders involving a legal entity as shareholder are handled as individual enquiries and quoted separately.

4. Ordering and payment

An order is placed through the order form. Fixed-price orders are paid by card through Revolut. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email after the payment and the required customer due diligence.

5. Customer due diligence

As a provider licensed by the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (licence FIU000117), we must identify our clients and verify the information they provide. We may request identity documents and other information and may refuse or stop a service if due diligence cannot be completed. In that case any payment for work not yet started is refunded.

6. Communication

All communication about orders takes place by email at info@micaconsult.com.

7. Delivery

Documents are delivered in PDF by email. Physical delivery is provided only when the courier add-on has been ordered.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order by email before work has started and receive a full refund. Once work has started, fees for work already performed and state fees already paid are not refundable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
