Requirements
Application preparation, not legal advice; the authority that issues the licence decides — a licence cannot be promised. The state fee is separate and paid by the company. The starting price is for one licence of ordinary scope; more work is agreed in writing before it starts. Licences with their own page (payment and e-money institutions, crypto-asset service providers, funds, credit, gambling, road transport) are priced there.
