An Estonian private limited company (OÜ) has the same recurring duties every year, and some situations call for a particular service: no VAT number, a missing annual report, a board member abroad, a change of shareholders or a company that no longer trades. This guide sets out every service we offer for a company that already exists, grouped the way our free company check shows them after a result, with the price of each from our price list. Accounting, annual report and filings
- monthly accounting — from €150 / month;
- the annual report of a company without turnover, per financial year — €450 / report;
- accounting restoration when earlier years are missing — from €700;
- annual reports by power of attorney — €300;
- the beneficial owner report — €450;
- a deadline calendar with your company's recurring dates — €70.
Registered address, contact person and company secretary
- registered address and contact person together, per year — €350 / year;
- the registered address alone — €250 / year, or the contact person alone — €200 / year;
- the annual company secretary service — €250 / year.
Tax numbers
- the VAT number application, for a company that has none — €250; the guide Estonian VAT registration explains when it is needed;
- the EORI number application, for goods that cross the EU customs border — €200.
Changes in the commercial register
- a change of the articles, business name, management board, address or contact person, signed digitally — €490, or by power of attorney — €990;
- an increase or decrease of share capital — €990;
- a change of shareholders and transfer of a share — from €1,590;
- arranging the share capital contribution — €350, and another commercial register entry — from €250.
Extracts, certificates and documents
- a registry extract in English, notarised and apostilled — €550, or notarised — €200;
- a certificate of residence, digitally signed — €180, or the standard certificate — €150;
- the articles of association in English, notarised and apostilled — €300;
- a sworn translation — €180 / page, a company seal — €180, a bilingual power of attorney — €70.
Board members, e-residency and residence permits
- an e-resident consultation, one hour — €250;
- assistance with a work and residence permit application for a management board member — €990 / person, or for a family member — €650 / person.
Selling or closing the company
- the deletion of a company without turnover — €1,250;

If you need a second company, or one with a VAT number at once, a ready-made company bought remotely costs €1,200 Registered address and contact person service for one year are included., and a new company formed by power of attorney €1,250.
