Every ready-made company and every new company from us comes with a registered address in Estonia and a licensed contact person for the first 12 months — both are included in the package price. This guide explains what happens when the 12 months end, why the services must continue without a gap and what the extension costs.

Why the services must continue
An Estonian company must have an address in Estonia where it can be reached. If the address of its management board is not in Estonia, it must also have a contact person in Estonia to whom documents addressed to the company can be delivered (Commercial Code § 63¹). The requirement does not end after the first year. If the contact person's term lapses and no new one is appointed, the registrar can require the company to appoint one and, if the company does not, may in the end delete it from the register. What the extension includes
- the registered address in Estonia for the next 12 months;
- the licensed contact person service for the next 12 months;
- receipt of official mail and notice to you by email.
What it costs
- For a company bought from us: extension of address and contact person, €350 / year (separately €250 + €200 = €450).
- For a company formed with us: extension of address and contact person, €350 / year (separately €250 + €200 = €450).
- For any other company: address and contact person together, €350 / year (separately €250 + €200 = €450).
Ordered separately, the two services are registered address (€250 / year) and contact person (€200 / year).
How to extend
- Before the 12 months end, we remind you by email.
- You order the extension in the order form — address and contact person together, or with a ready-made company — or simply reply to the reminder.
- We confirm the extension and the new term in writing; no register change is needed when the address and contact person stay the same.
What is not included
Forwarding of paper mail abroad, accounting and the annual report, and any state fee for a register change if you move to another provider. For the yearly corporate calendar, see the company secretary service.

Frequently asked questions
Does the extension include both the address and the contact person?
Yes. The extension continues both the registered address in Estonia and the licensed contact person for the next 12 months, at a combined price that is lower than ordering the two services separately.
What happens if I do not extend the address and contact person?
A company whose management board is located outside Estonia must have a contact person in Estonia at all times (Commercial Code § 63¹). Without one, the registrar can require the company to appoint a contact person and, if it does not, may in the end delete the company from the register. We remind you before the term ends.
